- The fee amount may vary based on the complexity of your setup and business requirements.
- This is a one-time fee for the initial setup only.
Reconfiguration Charges Apply When:
If you make any of the following changes after the initial setup, the reconfiguration service fee will be charged again because the entire Cloud API setup must be redone:
- Changing the WhatsApp phone number associated with your Cloud API
- Changing or deleting your Facebook Business Manager ID
- Removing or deleting the configured payment gateway from your Meta account
- Deleting your Meta Business Portfolio
- Deleting or modifying your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
- Removing our partner rights from your Facebook Business settings
- Any other significant changes that require complete reconfiguration of the Cloud API integration
Important Notice
By using the Cloud API service, you acknowledge and agree that any of the above changes will require a complete reconfiguration of your setup, and the applicable service fee will be charged. Please ensure you maintain the configured settings to avoid additional charges. If you need to make any changes, please contact our support team first for guidance.
Data Privacy and Security
We take appropriate measures to secure your data. Still, no system can be fully protected. By using the service, you accept that:
- We follow industry-standard security practices.
- You must protect your account by using strong passwords.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by your negligence.
