Refund Eligibility
As we provide digital services related to WhatsApp Cloud API account activation, refunds will not be provided once the account activation process has been initiated. This is because the process involves significant manual effort, including:
- Verification of your business with Meta
- Approval of message templates
- Configuration of your WhatsApp business account
Non-Refundable Situations
We strictly do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Once the account activation process has started, as this includes verification steps with Meta that we facilitate on your behalf
- If your business account has been activated successfully, as digital goods cannot be returned or reversed
- If the delay is caused by factors outside of our control, such as Meta's approval timeline
Partial Refunds & Cancellations
Given the nature of the service, partial refunds are not generally possible. However, if you request cancellation before we begin the activation process, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the issue.
Meta Cloud API Related Issues
In cases where Meta\'s Cloud API returns errors or issues, the following refund conditions apply:
Partial Refund (50% Deduction)
If Meta returns errors during the setup process (such as issues with adding/deleting customer numbers, business verification problems, or other Meta platform errors) after we have invested our time and effort, we will provide a partial refund with a 50% service charge deduction.
This deduction covers the time, resources, and effort already invested in attempting to set up your account.
Full Refund (Our Code Issues)
If the issue arises from our own code or technical problems during the registration or setup process, we will provide a full 100% refund without any deductions.
No Refund After Activation
Once your account is successfully activated and at least one message has been sent successfully, no refund will be provided for any subsequent Meta-related issues or errors. At this point, the service is considered delivered and completed.
No Refund for Approved Templates or Verified Accounts
Once message templates are approved or your business account is verified, it is considered delivered and completed. No refunds will be provided beyond this point as the service has been successfully rendered.
