Refund Eligibility
We provide digital goods and services related to WhatsApp API (including Cloud API account activation and support). No refunds are provided, as these are digital goods with included service support. Once the account activation process has been initiated, the service is considered delivered. The process involves significant effort, including:
- Verification of your business with Meta
- Approval of message templates
- Configuration of your WhatsApp business account
Non-Refundable Situations
We strictly do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Once the account activation process has started, as this includes verification steps with Meta that we facilitate on your behalf
- If your business account has been activated successfully, as digital goods cannot be returned or reversed
- If the delay is caused by factors outside of our control, such as Meta's approval timeline
- If your number is blocked or restricted by Meta due to use of an unofficial API — we do not issue a refund; instead we may offer to switch you to the official Meta Cloud API (see Section 5)
Partial Refunds & Cancellations
Given that we provide digital goods with included service support, partial refunds are not offered. No refunds will be issued once any activation or setup process has begun. If you face recurring issues (e.g. blocks or restrictions), we may offer an upgrade to the official Meta Cloud API as set out in Section 5; no refunds are given in such cases.
Support & Upgrade Inquiries
We do not provide refunds for our digital goods and services. If you have questions about your subscription, need help with recurring issues, or wish to explore upgrading to the official Meta Cloud API, please contact us.
Meta Block/Restriction & Upgrade to Official Cloud API
If your number is blocked or restricted by Meta due to use of an unofficial API, we will not issue a refund. Instead, we may offer you the option to switch to the official Meta Cloud API.
Upgrade to Official Meta Cloud API
When we offer this upgrade, we adjust the value of your existing subscription toward the new Meta Cloud API plan. You pay only the remaining amount (the difference in cost). You do not pay for the entire Meta Cloud API subscription from scratch.
Subscription costs differ between plans; we apply your current subscription value as credit toward the new plan.
Recurring Issues — Upgrade Option Only
If you face recurring issues (including blocks or restrictions), we may offer this upgrade provision to the official Meta Cloud API. No refunds are given in these or any other circumstances; our digital goods and services are non-refundable.
No Refund for Approved Templates or Verified Accounts
Once message templates are approved or your business account is verified, it is considered delivered and completed. No refunds will be provided beyond this point as the service has been successfully rendered.
