Enable SMS Feature in Busy 18 and Busy 21 and Configure as Needed

Configure SMS in BUSY, follow the below mentioned steps:
1) Go To: Administration –> Configuration –> SMS API Configuration
2) Click on the option “ADD FORMAT” and save it.

3) Copy the API in the white blank portion as mentioned in the screenshot:

Save the configuration

In the SMS Configuration window, following data fields and options appear:
=>Upload PDF – Enable this option to send PDF files from BUSY. This option is provided
only if you have a valid BLS Subscription.
=> BUSY Server / Service Provider Server – These two options appear on pressing the
shortcut key combination Alt + Ctrl + V. Select the Service Provider Server option.
SMS API – Specify the following SMS API in this data field:
https://app.waselling.com/api/busy2whatsapp.php

username = Sender Phone
password = Token

After entering the required details, click the Save button to save SMS API Configuration. Once the
SMS API Configuration is done, you are now ready to send the invoice as a WhatsApp message to
your parties.

Sending Message from BUSY

To send an invoice as WhatsApp message from BUSY, enter a transaction or open a transaction
in Modify mode and click the SMS button. On clicking the SMS button, invoice will be sent to
the party on the mobile number as specified in Party master or as you specify at the time of
sending SMS.

With this, we have completed the steps for configuration required for using BMS and
sending WhatsApp messages Through BUSY.

Note: if not working any cases remove https (s) like (https = http)
