API for Collection Engine 

Enable SMS Feature in Busy 21 and Configure as Needed

Configure SMS in BUSY, follow the below mentioned steps:
1) Go To: Administration –> Configuration –> SMS API Configuration
2) Click on the option “ADD FORMAT” and save it.

3) Copy the API in the white blank portion as mentioned in the screenshot:

Step 01 – Download Collection Engine

Step 02 – Install Collection Engine
A) Extracts zip file
B) Run as administrator

C) Click on next button

D) First check your busy software folder directory and Click on next button

E) Tick mark Create a desktop icon and Click on next button

F) Click on the next Install button

F) Now the installation is done just click the Finish button

A) Go to Busy Add-on Menu

B) Click the ok button ( Demo license automatically activated 15 Days )

C) Go to the Collection Engine License menu >> License Management >> Company Configuration

D) Choose your company and update Busy Company Super Username and Password

A) Go to the Collection Engine WhatsApp menu >> Login Configuration >> Add

B) Add format name and Tick Busy Configured WhatsApp

C) Go to the Collection Engine WhatsApp menu >> Login Configuration >> Assign

D) Add all WA type and format

A) Go to Configuration Menu and click to Install custom validation tab

B) Click on the Install Button

D) Now successfully installed all Validation
